Privacy
Privacy information for BrandVerse digital experiences.
This notice explains, at a practical level, the information BrandVerse may receive through the public website, internship application and authorized Workspace. It does not create guarantees beyond applicable law or specific written agreements.
Information you provide
Project enquiries may include your name, email, organisation, optional phone number, website or product URL, project objective, business challenge, timeline and optional budget context. Internship applications may include identity and contact information, selected track, current status, motivation, portfolio links, work samples and remote-readiness confirmation. Authorized Workspace users may have role, assignment, project, evidence and security-related records appropriate to their work.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, evaluate applications, operate authorized workspaces, deliver agreed services, maintain security, improve product quality and support legitimate business operations. Public website activity should not be used to build unnecessary invasive behavioural profiles.
Service providers
BrandVerse uses technical service providers that support functions such as hosting, database and authentication, email delivery, source control and operational integrations. Access should be limited to what is needed for those services, subject to their own terms and security controls.
Retention and access
Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the relevant business, operational, security or legal purpose. Access to sensitive application and Workspace information is restricted according to role and permission.
Your choices
Depending on applicable law and context, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion or other handling of personal information. Requests can be sent to admin@brandverseventures.com. BrandVerse may need to verify a request before acting on sensitive data.
Security
BrandVerse uses technical and organisational controls appropriate to its systems, including authenticated access for private Workspace areas. No online system should be represented as completely risk-free, so security claims remain measured and factual.
